Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.
Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,000 and $12,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Work closely with management and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to grow skills and earning potential
- Driven, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team players who want to learn, grow, and succeed
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, not required — we train the right people
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Valid CA Sales License
