In-Home Remodeling Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home consultations and estimates for kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodeling projects.
• Deliver interactive presentations tailored to customers' renovation needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on remodeling options.
• Utilize computer skills to input data and create detailed project estimates.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in in-home sales, particularly in residential home improvement projects.
• Experience with construction knowledge in areas like kitchen remodeling, bathroom upgrades, cabinetry, and more.
• High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in basic measurements and drawing layouts for remodeling projects.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel to appointments.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling or similar projects.
• Familiarity with design software like Chief Architect or 2020 Design (preferred but not required).

Compensation: This is a fully commission-based role with 8%-10% sales commission (5% upfront and 5% upon project completion). High earning potential with pre-qualified appointments provided.
