Provide personalized sales and styling service in the Women's Apparel department. Build lasting customer relationships, share product and fashion expertise, and meet personal sales goals.
Responsibilities- Deliver attentive service, styling guidance, and follow-up using in-store and digital tools.
- Build a personal customer base and achieve individual sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
- Support the team and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable using technology and digital selling tools.
- Ability to work varied hours and meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for extended shifts and lifting merchandise.
