Outside Sales Representative

You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global’ s top clients in the printer and office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals—while receiving hands-on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp.

As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long-term book of business within your territory.

• 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (any industry welcomed)
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence
• Highly coachable, competitive, and money-motivated
• Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in-field prospecting)
• Can be close to the office location or territory chosen
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license (daily travel required; $500 stipend provided)
• Fully onsite — no remote or hybrid work

• Prospect in provided territory for new client growth
• Sell products and services through a consultative outside B2B sales approach
• Attend Monthly Sales Meetings at office
• Attend various company outings
• Write proposals and negotiate terms of contracts
• Manage clients and prospects within CRM
• Build long-term relationships with clients

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (a plus if lacking experience)
• Prior sales or customer service experience
• Strong computer and CRM skills

• In-person interview + ride along (potential same day offer)
