What You'll DoBuild relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.

Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.

Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Annual Pay Range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
