Responsibilities- Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance in the assigned store(s).
- Identify incidents of theft and fraud; review CCTV and exception reports; monitor the store's physical security; audit the Electronic Article Surveillance; drive a shrink-elimination culture in the store.
- Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries; preserve evidence; interact with law enforcement; testify in criminal and civil court actions.
- Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty; carry out responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
- Demonstrate integrity at all times; respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates; remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting asset protection and operational responsibilities.
