Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Walmart is expanding our workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you possess relevant experience in this field, we invite you to bring your skills to our fast-paced and welcoming work environment while supporting and overseeing repair within Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support Stores and Store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart refrigeration HVAC safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently.

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to pass MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus (for select locations)
