Entry-Level Gutter Installer (Apprentice) Pay Range: $16.50 $ 19.50/hr, depending on experience

What You'll Do:
- Assist in gutter installation and job site prep
- Support lead installers and crew members
- Learn proper safety procedures and equipment handling
- Provide respectful, professional communication with customers and team members
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Hustle with a good attitude and willingness to grow
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, coachable attitude
- Physically able to lift ladders, climb, and work on rooftops
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 18 or older
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
