THE ROLE
Housing Navigators help Medi-Cal members transition into stable housing through the CalAIMCommunity Supports program. You’ll guide clients step by step—intake, housing search, leasesigning, and move‑in—while working with landlords, property managers, and managed care plans.
WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR- Bilingual speakers (Chinese/English and Vietnamese/English)
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Compassionate, professional, and detail‑oriented
- Dedicated to supporting community members
FULL‑TIME: $18/HOUR І NON-EXEMPT
SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, CA (101 CREEKSIDE RIDGE CT, SUITE 215) FRESNO, CA (545 E ALLUVIAL AVE, SUITE 105)
