At All About Smiles, our experienced team of dental professionals offer advanced treatments in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. From teeth whitening to dental implants, we take pride in helping patients achieve their dream smile.

Our dental receptionists / treatment plan coordinators are a very important part of what we do at All About Smiles. Some of the responsibilities include submitting prior authorizations to insurance carriers for upcoming treatment, following through to make sure authorizations are processed, and responding to information requests from insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with insurance billing, treatment planning, and presenting information to patients including discussing financial obligations.

Assisting the patients in obtaining financing and maintaining office schedules are also a key part of the receptionist/treatment plan coordinator role.

Our offices are open Monday-Friday, with no evening hours. We are looking to add team members to both our Roseville and Canton locations. This is a wonderful career opportunity for the right candidate.

• Manage incoming calls
• Schedule appointments
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Assist with insurance verification and billing
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

• Minimum Salary: $35,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
