Physician - Cardiology Electrophysiology

Ascension Medical Group is looking for a full-time Cardiology Electrophysiologist for Ascension Medical Group Heart Rhythm Institute. This is a great opportunity to provide cardiology electrophysiology services for patients at Ascension Heart Rhythm Institute in Roseville, Michigan and St. Clair Shores, Michigan. You will work collaboratively alongside another EP Cardiologist, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and a skilled support staff.

• Director of Electrophysiology at Warren Campus
• Office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Call schedule is shared with the other EP physician within the practice
• Built-in volume and established referral patterns with opportunities to grow your own patient panel
• Collaborate with Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons to ensure seamless patient care and coordination

• Inpatient rounding at Henry Ford St. John Hospital, Henry Ford Warren Hospital, and one additional nearby hospital during the call week
• APP rounds independently at Henry Ford St. John Hospital
• Clinical procedures include device management and ablations
• Device implants include pacemakers and defibrillators
• Procedures include right- and left-sided ablations

• Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship program
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology Electrophysiology fellowship program
• Board Certification in Cardiology and Cardiology Electrophysiology required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties as required
