Senior Engineering Technician

Senior Engineering Technician – We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Technician to support engineering teams across design, testing, and product development. This hands‑on role involves advanced diagnostics, equipment maintenance, prototype testing, and technical execution in both lab and field environments.

• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems; performing functional, verification, and validation testing; installing, calibrating, and maintaining strain gauges, accelerometers
  , and data acquisition systems; and fabricating high‑reliability custom cable assemblies.
• The technician will lead test setups, ensure accurate data capture, mentor junior technicians, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards—including IATF 16949.
• The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in testing or product development, strong electromechanical and instrumentation skills, hands‑on experience with accelerometers
  , data acquisition tools, and precision cable fabrication.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, conduct root‑cause analysis, and maintain detailed documentation is essential.
• An associate degree in engineering technology is preferred or related technical field, with up to 15% travel (U.S., Canada, Mexico).
