Financial Analyst; Manufacturing

Financial Analyst – $75,000–$90,000 | Plex Required

Looking for an experienced Financial Analyst with Plex ERP experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to deliver cost insights, build financial models, and support strategic budgeting/forecasting. Your work will drive pricing strategies, capital allocation, and operational efficiency.

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close: reconcile balance sheets, prepare journal entries, ensure SOX compliance

• Handle Accounts Receivable: customer invoicing, cash application, bank reconciliations

• Provide daily and ad-hoc sales reporting

• Manage fixed asset accounting: capitalization, depreciation, impairments, and audits

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize inventory, and reduce working capital

• Maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting packages (P&L bridges, cash-flow analyses)

• Support other tasks as needed to help the business

• 3–5 years in manufacturing or automotive supply finance roles

• Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and asset accounting (GAAP, depreciation, reconciliations)

• Budgeting and forecasting in multi-plant operations

• Advanced Excel and Plex ERP proficiency

• Clear communication to turn data into actionable recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Continuous improvement experience

• Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous situations
