• 3-5 years of related or progressively responsible work experience in economic and community development, planning administration or related municipal experience.
• CDBG administration preferred
• Real estate/legal knowledge a plus
• Associates Degree or higher in business administration, finance, public administration or closely related field. Specialized training in economic development, urban planning, grant management, or communications.
• AICP and Master Citizen Planner designations a plus

SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000 DOQ/E
