Professional Growth & Mentorship

Salaries

$75,000 – $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent health care for patients, ensuring good outcomes and satisfaction with physical therapy.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
  • Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent reinjury.
  • Supervise and guide techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
  • Use evidence‑based pain‑management techniques to improve function.
  • Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long‑term success.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
  • Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. Team expects 60 treatments in a 40‑hour work week for a full‑time PT.
  • Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
  • Stay current on best practices through in‑house CEUs and continuing education.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
