Operations Manager, General Management, Program / Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee daily business activities, drive operational excellence, and ensure the organization’s goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to optimize processes and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Position ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor department managers and staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to establish long-term operational goals and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
- Ensure efficient use of financial and human resources across departments.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements that support profitability and sustainable growth.
Compliance & Quality Management
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and implement process improvements.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified Operations Manager (COM) or related credential.
