Salary: $110,000 – $120,000

We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations across three shifts and six assembly production lines. This role manages a team of three Production Supervisors and is responsible for ensuring efficient, high‑quality production while driving continuous improvement.

• Manage three Production Supervisors across all shifts
• Oversee six assembly production lines
• Plan and coordinate production schedules
• Control daily operations to meet production goals
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Experience managing multiple shifts and supervisors
• Ability to implement process improvements and maintain quality standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• $110,000 – $120,000 per year
