Manufacturing ​/ Production Tester, Manufacturing Production

Cylinder Tester – 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities:

Tests cylinders using hydraulic and pneumatic test fittings and hoses, checking for pressure test rating, pressure leaks, smooth operation, and specification to order and bill of material. Cylinders must be uniform and meet all company quality testing requirements.

Job Requirements /

Skills:

• Read measuring equipment necessary to produce quality components
• Understands all company products
• Seal selections types and categories
• Knows torque values
• Can operate hoists and lift trucks
• Adheres to company safety and quality policies
• Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Physical requirements:

• Stand for entire working shift
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Pass a shop math proficiency test
• Read measuring equipment necessary to produce quality components
• Can speak, read and write the English language

Education/

Experience:

• High School diploma or state/military approved high school equivalency diploma
