Your Impact- Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate, repeatable parts on Haas mills and lathes.
- Watch the details—monitor cycles and make necessary adjustments to maintain performance and accuracy.
- Keep machines healthy with routine maintenance and basic issue resolution.
- Use precision gauges and measuring tools to confirm parts meet spec before they move on.
- Champion a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate status and partner with coworkers to meet production commitments.
- Hands-on background running Haas CNC equipment or similar controls.
- Fluency in reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
- Team player with solid communication skills.
- Precision measurement and inspection
- Experienced machine operation
- Operation of Haas CNC mills and lathes
- Haas CNC Mill — 3–4 axis VMC
- Haas CNC Lathe — 2–4 axis
- Haas CNC Mill — 5+ axis VMC
