Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards

* Stock kitchen inventory as needed

* Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times

* Stay updated with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented

* Cheerful, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team

* Flexible schedule availability

* Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs regularly

* Ability to stand for long periods
