Our cooks are culinary artists! We pride ourselves on our scratch‑made kitchen and provide hands‑on training to our Pit masters. Our cooks are responsible for following recipes when preparing food and adhering to plate presentation and cooking standards. Our Prep Cooks have several opportunities for duties including line cook cross‑training. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.

• Follow recipes and cooking methods to prepare ingredients.
• Adhere to plate presentation and cooking standards.
• Cross‑train in line cook duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow food safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory and restock supplies.

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• No experience required; we will train to fame.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot kitchen.
• Team player; reliable and punctual.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00–$18.00 per hour depending on location.
