The Director owns agent onboarding and licensing support, coordinates the training calendar, provides practical systems assistance, and manages consistent social media, marketing, and internal communications.
The right person is organized, responsive, service-minded, and comfortable moving between detailed administrative work, agent-facing support, calendar coordination, and creative content.
COMPENSATION$50,000-$65,000 + bonus potential
