Job OverviewWe are hiring one videographer. One creative executor. One absolute pro who can shoot, edit, and ship world‑class content that looks and feels on brand every single time. This is not a typical videographer role. This is a direct‑to‑founder, high‑speed, high‑impact position. You will work next to me, Kris Lindahl, every single day. You will be my personal videographer.
You will shoot for TV commercials, social media, reels, behind‑the‑scenes, all things video. And it has to be dialed. We already have the high‑end equipment. What we need is someone who knows how to use it to create greatness.
You need to be excellent at post‑production, move fast without cutting corners, sit in on creative meetings, absorb the vision, and then go make it real from start to finish.
You must be able to feel the energy in a room, catch what is off before anyone else sees it, and fix it before it becomes a problem.
You will be a leader of video, not a manager of a massive team. You will work closely with a small, talented creative group who knows how to execute fast. You will not be alone, but you will be expected to own it.
You will be personally mentored and coached by me every day. We will grow this together. You will not be sitting on the sidelines; you will be right in the middle of the action.
We are not looking for someone from a corporate background who needs structure and process to move. We are looking for someone who knows how to move.
Responsibilities- Shoot, edit, and ship world‑class video content for TV commercials, social media, reels, and behind‑the‑scenes.
- Use high‑end equipment to create greatness and maintain brand consistency.
- Work closely with creative meetings, absorb vision, and execute from start to finish.
- Feel and address energy and issues within the room before they become problems.
- Lead video projects and collaborate with a small, talented creative group.
- Strong experience in videography, shooting, and post‑production.
- Proven ability to work fast, maintain quality, and adapt to quickly changing needs.
- Comfortable shooting for TV commercials, social media, reels, and behind‑the‑scenes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of video projects.
