Service Concierge – Greater Twin Cities (Roseville, MN)Renewal by Andersen has an opportunity for a Service Concierge to join our Greater Twin Cities team in Roseville! The role will focus on providing high-level customer service for delivery partners and customers.
Responsibilities- Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to service work at Renewal by Andersen retail locations
- Answers phone calls, determines nature of business, and directs individuals to appropriate resource
- Sorts, alphabetizes and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systems
- Searches records and files for specific data
- Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form letters
- Maintains stock levels of supplies & brochures
- Works with escalated customers to reach resolution, to include compensation.
- Serve as a department project team leader and may perform routine special orders/requests
- Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-year customer service experience
- Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment
- Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills

- PROFIT SHARING:
In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
