WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes financial well‑being and consistently sets a positive example. Initiate and open new memberships and accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies. Promote, sell and refer Tru Stone products and services while expertly processing a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions and service requests, and train these activities to branch staff.

Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals through active participation in sales programs. Ensure Tellers are performing their jobs in conformance with Tru Stone process and procedure.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am – 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at our Roseville Branch; non‑exempt.

In addition:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of cash handling experience or experience serving customers.
  • Knowledge of banking and/or credit union regulations preferred.
  • Experience training others, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and training skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Good decision‑making skills and judgement.
