Apply to join our team at any time during the year if you've been a police officer for at least one year and have MN POST licensing in good standing or are eligible for POST. A signing bonus of up to $10k, elevated starting pay, and front-loaded vacation and sick time will be available for all experienced officers. Prior law enforcement experience will be considered for promotional and specialty opportunities.
This position is classified as entry-level.
The Police Officer is responsible for maintaining public order and protecting life and property by responding to emergencies, investigating crimes, apprehending criminals and deterring criminal activity.
The hourly rates of pay are anticipated for 2026.
