Eagle Crest is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Nursing Assistants to join the Assisted Living team.
Currently hiring for:
Full-Time AM (6:00am-2:00pm) with schedules ranging from 65-70 hours per pay period
Full-Time PM (2:00pm-10:00pm) with schedules ranging from 60-75 hours per pay period
Part-Time NOC (overnight 10:00pm-6:00am) Every other weekend, 15 hours per pay period
Eagle Crest began as a partnership between PHS and Northwestern College in 1994. The prime location near Rosedale mall offers easy access to Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as many other local conveniences and attractions.

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications- To be considered for Assisted Living: caregiving experience helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.41 - $22.34 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
