We are looking for a Resident Assistant who would provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the senior assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well‑being for our busy senior living in Roseville, MN on Lexington Ave. In the position one will receive on‑the‑job medication‑passing training and be expected to pass medications.

Caregiver schedule includes:

• 48 hours per two weeks
• Day shift
• Every other weekend/holiday rotation

• Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• May perform duties that include laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
• Assists with onboarding of new staff.

• Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
• Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
• CNA certificated if under 18.

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
