• Effectively assist food and beverage service, guest attention, and overall logistics of banquet events by way of set-up, clear communication and teamwork, while maintaining the company’s standard for excellence, resulting in the overall success of banquet events.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
• Maintain a clean professional appearance and mannerism.
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.

This position is an on-call position which will vary on start and end times from 5 AM until 11 AM. Must be available to work all seven days of the week and holidays.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be in full uniform every shift
• Set up experience preferred
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds constantly
