MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee‑Owner, Entry‑Level Recruiting Assistant to provide administrative support for our growing TA department. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working with people, is process‑focused and tech savvy. This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Talent Partner, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule remote and in‑person interviews for Talent Partner, multiple departments, hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate and hiring communication across email, text, and phone—sending confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding.
- Generate reports for tracking metrics, assessments and TA reporting to support performance and compliance.
- Contribute to process improvements enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support recruiting events or job fairs as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and tech‑savvy, comfortable navigating scheduling tools, shared calendars, applicant tracking systems and other platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Motivated by collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Committed to process optimization for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable.
- General understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow.
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Experience using email, calendars, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Local candidates.
