• Guide candidates from first phone call to in-person meeting to fully onboarded within our brand.
• Make outbound calls (minimum 100 per day); perform outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, and turning curiosity into commitment.
• Deliver compelling sales conversations, overcoming objections, and telling candidates exactly what they need to hear.
• Measure success by the number of outbound calls, meaningful conversations, and candidates onboarded.

• Confidence on the phone and comfortable overcoming objections.
• Passion for selling and ability to thrive in a fast‑action environment where results matter.
