We’re only hiring one Organic Social Media Expert. Not a content scheduler. Not a community manager. We’re looking for the one who understands how real-time, high-volume organic social actually works.

You’ll be documenting, not producing. Publishing real-time stories, ideas, moments, insights, wins, pivots. Long form. Short form. Reels. Carousels. Behind the scenes. No fluff. Just movement. You know how to create 4 to 6 posts a day that don’t just show up – they land.

You already know the platforms. Facebook. Linked In. Instagram. Maybe Tik Tok. You’ve built engagement from the ground up. You understand how to move fast without burning out the audience. You must understand the value of AI. It does not replace your creativity, but you know how to use it to move faster and execute better. You must be able to leverage it to work more efficiently and stay ahead.
