Job Overview
We’re only looking for one Email Expert who knows Salesforce inside and out.
Not someone who’s curious. Not someone who wants to “learn.” We’re looking for the one who’s already done it. At a high level, under pressure, with results.
You know how to move the numbers that matter: open rates, click‑throughs, engagement, action.
You’ve built and deployed campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managed multiple initiatives at once, and know exactly how to get from strategy to send without slowing down or getting stuck.
Here’s what makes this different. You won’t be buried in a department or stuck behind layers of leadership. You’ll work directly alongside Kris Lindahl. You will be given the content. You will be given the creative. You will be given the strategy. All you need to do is execute and optimize.
We are moving fast with multiple campaigns and initiatives already in motion. We don’t need someone who needs time to ramp up. We need the person who already knows how to make this work and owns the outcome.
You must understand the value of AI. It does not replace your creativity, but you know how to use it to move faster and execute better. You must be able to leverage it to work more efficiently and stay ahead.

- Manage multiple initiatives at once, ensuring timely delivery without slowing down.
- Collaborate directly with Kris Lindahl to align strategy, content, and creative.
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity in campaign execution.
- Expert level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven track record of moving numbers: open rates, click‑throughs, engagement, and action.
- Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of AI tools and a demonstrated ability to integrate them into marketing workflows.
- High level of ownership, ownership of outcomes, and results‑focused mindset.
