Job Overview
As a Network Engineer you will develop business‑changing enterprise solutions using leading‑edge technologies to support the organization.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesNetwork Design & Implementation:
Support the network and computing infrastructure, ensuring optimal network security and performance.Network Troubleshooting & Support:
Analyze and troubleshoot issues involving servers, workstations, and network systems; document problems and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.Systems Management:
Monitor system and infrastructure performance and implement performance tuning options. Manage user accounts, global policies and permissions. Administer and support Windows‑based servers and PCs. Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Windows servers, LAN/WAN environments, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Servers, Microsoft and industry‑specific software platforms, virtualized server and data center environments, disaster recovery systems, smartphones, tablets, mobile device configurations, VoIP phone system, IPSec/SSL VPN configurations, voice and data cabling, system backup and restoration software, phone and internet services.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
4‑6 years of professional experience in network engineering or related roles.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts such as OSPF, BGP, STP, 802.1p/DSCP, VLANs, etc.; hands‑on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
Exposure to Palo Alto Networks and/or Extreme Networks is a plus.
Personal attributes: strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in high‑pressure environments; excellent verbal and written communication skills; team player with a collaborative mindset; ability to explain technical concepts in a business‑friendly language.

Regularly required to communicate effectively (talk and hear). Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with arms. Must frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 75 pounds. May be required to climb stairs and ladders.
Visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color recognition, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel up to 15% expected.
CompensationBase pay $90,000 – $100,000 per year + 10% bonus eligibility.
