POSITION SUMMARY Experience in environment requiring awareness with other process areas; controls work pace and progress on equipment; operates within established work routines. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality Read and follow documented processes Check on equipment throughout the shift to ensure equipment is working properly Loads and unloads deliveries to and from regional branches Operate computer to enter necessary documentation Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment Contributes to division results and performance Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations Operate equipment specific to area such as: CARBON:
Bag products, samples and test;
Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace;
Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon; calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility wastewater treatment plant REGEN:
Sort bottles by size and resin;
Operate forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and on/off trucks; evacuates bottles, generating resin batches; fills and quality tests SDI products (process SDI product beginning to end). POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process Must complete site specific safety training and operator training Ability to communicate clearly to team members Familiarity with MS Office suites Preferred: some manufacturing/plant experience preferred; forklift driving Site specific requirements: CARBON:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
