Location:
Roseville, MN. Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour – paid weekly.
Schedule:
1st shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–3:00pm;
Friday, 6:00am–noon. Job Type: Temp | Full-time.
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Delta Machine Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Roseville, MN. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment to produce high-quality products while supporting efficient workflows and Lean Manufacturing practices. What You’ll Do as a Delta Machine Operator- Set up and operate delta machines effectively and efficiently
- Produce quality products according to work instructions, CAD drawings, and product specifications while minimizing waste
- Collect and document production information, including material lot tracking and production checklists
- Perform and document daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance
- Analyze production issues to help maintain high throughput
- Follow applicable product, equipment, quality, and safety procedures
- Support Lean Manufacturing and quality-at-the-source practices
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of machine operation experience; printing or manufacturing experience preferred
- At least 1 year of die cutting experience
- Good computer and math skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, as applicable
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime or adjusted hours as production needs require
