As a Stylist, you are the brand ambassador who guides customers to express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire with styling recommendations while collaborating to achieve sales goals.

• Represent the brand and engage customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommend styles to meet customer needs.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship‑based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

• 1 year sales associate or customer‑focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
