As a Stylist, you are the brand ambassador who guides customers to express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire with styling recommendations while collaborating to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities- Represent the brand and engage customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
- Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
- Share product knowledge and recommend styles to meet customer needs.
- Build a customer base through personalized, relationship‑based service.
- Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
- Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
- Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
- 1 year sales associate or customer‑focus experience.
- Ability to work 20 hours a week.
- Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
