Base pay range

$21.00/yr - $25.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Spend the first 1-2 months in the plant acquiring requisite product knowledge and skills to transition to an Inside Sales Representative position.
  • Transition to the Inside Sales/Customer Service role and become familiar with customers, products, pricing, and our high-quality Customer Service strategy.
  • Proficiently apply industrial and hydraulic hose knowledge to customer applications.
  • Maintain continual learning as the position requires constant updates of product knowledge.
  • Work in coordination with Outside Sales to service specific customers, assist with special projects and telemarketing.
  • Provide 100% attention to delivering exceptional customer service to each customer daily.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education

Minimum H.S. diploma; ideal 1-2 years of community college, technical school, 4-year university, or military service.

Experience

2 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service

  • Comfortable working on computers with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands and handles frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Dependability: consistently at work and on time; follows instructions; responds to management direction; solicits feedback to improve performance.
