• Manage national outside sales and technical responsibilities for the nVent Telecom product line
• Drive revenue by educating customers and influencing specifications for product approval
• Track sales opportunities and activities using
• Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
• Provide training and technical support to agents and perform product demonstrations

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred, with a technical discipline highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience in the telecom industry selling electrical products
• Experience managing or working strategically with third-party rep agencies
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60% of the time
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the electrical or telecom sectors
• High level of organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
