As a Lead Installer with Andersen’s Roseville team, you will lead the installation of high‑quality windows and doors, ensuring a world‑class homeowner experience and maintaining the highest safety and project standards.
Responsibilities- Multitask and collaborate effectively with installation teams.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills.
- Apply advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures for aluminum applications.
- Perform advanced finish carpentry, including step and wide trim.
- Install products offered by RbA (L‑Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction, etc.).
- Assess and solve jobsite issues and hazards before and during work.
- Collaborate with installers to maximize efficiencies, proper tear‑outs, and installation techniques.
- Build and sustain positive homeowner relations.
- Follow proper safety techniques and procedures and adhere to Renewal safety programs.
- Provide consistent, flawless first‑time window and door installation.
- Maintain company vehicle in accordance with the Fleet Policy.
- Maintain responsible attendance and punctuality.
- Provide direction, training, coaching, and mentoring to installers, advancing skill sets.
- Perform general warehouse support and minor service calls as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to pass a fleet check.
- Basic construction techniques and materials knowledge.
- State contractor’s license preferred.
- Broad knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
- Confident conflict handling and diplomacy.
- Responsible attendance and punctuality.
- Organizational skills for work schedules and priorities.
- Basic math skills.
- Initiative and flexibility; ability to lift up to 83 pounds.
- Advanced communication and conflict resolution, including teaching others.
- Advanced knowledge of framing, construction, and service parts; ability to teach.
- Advanced listening, empathy, and conflict resolution; ability to teach.
- Advanced math and troubleshooting skills; ability to teach.
- Advanced understanding of building codes and water management; ability to teach.
$25.20 – $37.80 per hour
