Master Plumber

Victory Staffing is currently hiring a Master Plumber licensed in MN. This position will be in Roseville, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity with paid holidays & full benefits

Relocation is available if the candidate is in MN but not within driving distance to commute to Roseville every day.

Review and prepare projects using skills and knowledge of bath system and plumbing.

Needs to create material lists, notes, and recommendations on how to successfully complete contract.

Use master plumber license to pull permits as required. Assemble fittings and be on site to oversee work performed. Assess and make repairs for warranty requests.

• Installing, maintaining, and preparing pipes including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all bath systems.
• Coordinating job with all installers and professionals on the jobsite.
• Understanding and following blueprints of bathroom.
• Following all rules and regulations relating to plumbing to ensure everything can pass inspections.
• Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and making the repair if needed.
• Reviews company materials including contract, measure documents, and pictures to determine job specifications.
• Determines projects that require permitting, work with admin staff to submit permit applications.
• Establish relationships with local municipalities and inspectors to ensure projects performed are
• Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
• Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects.
• Collaborates with field staff, installers, and electricians in installing and repairing plumbing.
• Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes.

Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken.

Directs, oversees and trains contractors and installers while in the field at a job site.

Helps train and oversee installers and service techs on plumbing installation and plumbing service.

• Master Plumber License.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software application such as Salesforce, and other applications used in the performance of job duties.

Hours are based on volume of work and can vary day to day.

Frequent travel to job sites daily.
