Integration Programme Coordinator
Location: Ross-on-Wye/hybrid with potential for UK travel, as needed
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time
Reports to: Integrations Director

The Integration Programme Coordinator will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support to the Integrations Director and wider integration team, helping to deliver a structured programme to integrate 13 companies into a single, aligned organisation.
This role is ideal for someone early in their programme or project career who is highly organised, detail-focused, and keen to develop experience in business integration, transformation, and programme delivery. The post-holder will play a key role in ensuring that plans, trackers, documentation, and reporting are accurate, up-to-date, and easy for stakeholders to use.
What You’ll Do- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Integrations Director.
- Assist in preparing agendas, papers, updates, and presentations for integration meetings.
- Capture actions, decisions, and next steps from meetings and ensure these are tracked and followed up.
- Support the Director in keeping priorities organised across multiple integration activities.
- Maintain integration trackers, plans, and logs, ensuring information is accurate, current, and well organised.
- Update programme documentation including:
- Action trackers
- RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Milestone and progress trackers
- Act as a central point of contact for integration-related information and documentation.
Essential
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, PMO, or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence managing documents, trackers, and multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Desirable
- Exposure to project or programme environments (formal or informal).
- Basic understanding of project or programme management principles.
- Experience working across multiple teams or departments.
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, , or similar.
- Highly organised and methodical, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive and reliable; follows through on actions.
- Willing to ask questions and learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
- Collaborative and supportive team player.
- Hands-on experience supporting a large-scale integration programme.
- Close working relationship with a senior leader and exposure to strategic initiatives.
- Clear development pathway into PMO, programme management, or integration roles.
