Make a difference as a Junior Content Specialist

As a Junior Content Specialist, you’ll be a hands‑on part of our creative team, helping to produce high‑quality video, photography and digital content for PGL Beyond. You’ll support both the Content and Brand teams, getting stuck into every stage of the content journey – from planning and capturing to editing and delivery.

Working alongside experienced creatives, you’ll build your technical skills, gain real industry experience and contribute to projects that genuinely make a difference. This is a role where you can learn, grow and help bring our stories to life.

This is a fantastic development opportunity for anyone with an interest in photography or video to apply their passion in an exciting new role.

Is this you?
  • Experience capturing engaging photography and video content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where every day brings something new.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud for film and imagery, with a focus on producing polished, high‑quality content.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with a real passion for developing your marketing and creative skills.
  • Confident editing for social media platforms such as You Tube, Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • An excellent eye for detail, ensuring all content reflects our brand look, feel and structure.
  • A creative problem‑solver, always looking for fresh ideas and smart solutions.
  • Strong communication and people skills, able to work confidently with teams across the business – including leadership.
