• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used, while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
