Nichols plc is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager for our Ross-on-Wye site. You will oversee the QA laboratory, from chemical and microbiological testing to complaint investigations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
You will partner with the Quality Manager on improving activities and KPI delivery. Key responsibilities include lab testing, shift coverage, QC audits, calibration, and HACCP participation while driving continuous improvements in formulations and processes
