We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen staff, ensuring food preparation runs smoothly, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all food storage and handling procedures meet health and safety standards.
• Help with stock rotation and deliveries.
• Support the team during busy service times.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge (training provided if necessary).
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
