Job Description
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI)? Herefordshire Headway is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Life Coach to play a key role in delivering Big Lottery Community Fund (BLCF) projects at its Centre. This position focuses on providing practical and educational life skills support to individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI), while working collaboratively with colleagues, carers, and family members to ensure effective outcomes.
Based at Headway House in Credenhill, Hereford, youll work directly with ABI clients, assessing their needs and putting action plans in place, all within a person-centred environment. The post is 2 days per week at £16.57 per hour.
