Join Passavant Memorial Homes as a full‑time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) in the Ross Township area. Available shifts include evening work and weekend block shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) that require overnight stays in an on‑call capacity.

• Provide direct care services and specialized support in daily living, social, and recreational activities.
• Assist and support individuals to foster maximum independence.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of residents.
• Encourage residents to engage in activities at home and in the community.
• Observe behavior and physical changes, apply prescribed strategies, and document/report appropriately.
• Administer medications (upon completion of certification; training provided).
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties for home and vehicle.

• Minimum age 21.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two options for academic background:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (official transcripts required).
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours in a related field (official transcripts required).
• Work experience:
• Two years working with children with intellectual disabilities or mental health, or
• Four years working with children with intellectual disabilities or mental health.

Many block shift positions pay $22.50/hour (plus a 50‑cent premium). Regular shifts pay $22.00/hour.

Full‑time TSS hires receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus: 25% ($1,250) after 30 days, 75% ($3,750) after 119 days, conditioned on attending orientation and meeting the required milestones. Bonus applies to hires from January 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
