Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for Fit Out projects across sectors such as residential, leisure, retail, healthcare and offices. The role covers cost control, valuations, variations and client liaison, with a focus on fit out, plastering, drylining and ceilings.
You will manage site progress, prepare monthly valuations, monitor budgets, review labour schedules, price variations, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
