The Company in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support growth across housing, regeneration and refurbishment projects.
You will manage 3–4 live schemes, place subcontract orders, prepare cost-to-complete forecasts, monthly cost reports, valuations and forecasts for final accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and the design team and upholding health and safety standards.
